As the Director of People & Culture, Kayla ensures a quality employment experience that supports the growth of Credibly. Before coming to Credibly as an HR Generalist in August 2020, Kayla had a wide variety of career experiences, which gave her the transferable skills to be a successful people leader. She previously managed operations teams at the Detroit Zoo, Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio, and the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida. She also has a background in event planning and has spent time in both the food & beverage and health & fitness industries.

Kayla received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Eastern Michigan University in 2015. She also earned the designation of Society of Human Resources Certified Professional in 2022. In 2025, she earned the Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional designation.
