As the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Credibly, Haley is responsible for streamlining operational processes and providing tools and support to management to help their teams operate at their best. Prior to stepping into this role, Haley has worked in all aspects of the underwriting process and acted as a liaison between Operations and other internal departments.

Following her undergraduate coursework at Vanderbilt University, Haley graduated from Syracuse University with an M.S. in Data Science.
